Welcome to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) training program!

As you may already know, data protection is becoming increasingly important in today’s digital age, and it is the responsibility of every organisation to ensure that personal data is collected, used, and stored compliant with GDPR. As a DPO, you play a critical role in ensuring that your organisation meets these requirements.

During this three-day training program, you will learn about the fundamentals of data protection and how to apply them in your organisation. The DPO Fundamentals training will cover a range of topics, including data protection principles, data subject rights, and data protection impact assessments. We’ll also have a look at the information security aspect of GDPR. For more information on the course contents, we refer you to the course page.

Throughout the training, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with our expert trainers, Bavo van den Heuvel, & David Seghers.

At the end of the training period and after studying, you can plan the certification exam online in your own time and convenient moment, in order to demonstrate your understanding of the material. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive a certificate confirming your status as a certified DPO.

The training will take place at Park Inn by Radisson Post X in Antwerp. Breakfast, lunch and warm drinks are included.
